What's New?
Starting in September 2003, I will be off to complete one of my life ambitions - an MA in “Jewellery Design” at Birmingham University. The Jewellery School located in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter benefits from both graduates & undergraduates, each exploring their own design ideas as well as those of the businesses around them.
I hope to develop my techniques, skills & designs and will be showcasing them on these pages. Do let me know what you think!
My latest pieces are two bracelets or cuffs featuring brightly coloured crystal beads. The Autumn bracelet was inspired by the colours of the turning leaves on the trees near where I live. The Sea bracelet was inspired by the colours of the sea & rock pools on the Cornish coast. The spaces in the pattern of the bracelet represent the shapes one sees in the rock pools and changing patterns of light. I hope you like them!
