Come and create a unique piece of jewellery using wire, beads and the technique of French Knitting.
Students will learn how to do plain and beaded Frenching Knitting using a perspex spool. These samples will be then used to make a flower brooch.
During the day students will also be introduced to some simple wire work techniques to create a wire flower frame to add to their brooch.
The price of the workshop includes a kit which will contain all the materials and main tools for the day and for students can take away. There will be enough included to make 2 flowers and some extra to take home and carry on creating.
Extra wire and tools can be purchased from the tutor at the end of the day.
